The Family Assistance Center (FAC) is a safe, secure and supportive environment established to serve as a centralized location to provide information and assistance about missing or unaccounted for persons and deceased; and support the reunification of the missing or deceased with their loved ones. This SOP addresses Disaster Behavioral Health capabilities exercised in Mass Care Incidents, and to support Fatality Management and Medical Surge during Public Health emergencies. Download the plan.
